About the service

R-EqualsMe LLC is a Colorado research company that assembles plain-language reports of what public records already say about a person, a business or a property. We search indexes held by county clerks, courts, assessors and state agencies, read what is there, and write it down in a form a person can actually use. This website publishes information about that work and accepts enquiries. Personal records review, Property records summary, Court and filing index lookups, Name and address history trails, Correction guidance.

No transactions on this website

This website does not sell goods or services and does not accept payment of any kind. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance by payment, and no contract is formed by reading, contacting or corresponding with us. Any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use this site on behalf of yourself or an organisation you are authorised to represent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting; interfere with its operation; scrape it at a rate that harms service to others; submit unlawful, defamatory or malicious content through the contact form; or use the site to infringe anyone's rights.
